We Match You with a Screened Worker
Using what we learned in your assessment, we search our pool of fully screened workers for someone whose skills, experience, and personality align with your family. Every worker has passed police checks, reference verification, First Aid/CPR, and an in-depth interview.
Care Begins — Often Within Days
Once you're happy with the match, care begins on a schedule that works for you. We stay in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly and are always available if you need to make changes.

Your free assessment is a relaxed conversation — not an interrogation. We want to understand your family so we can make the best possible match. Here's what we typically cover:
- Your loved one's needs, routines, and preferences
- Any medical, behavioural, or mobility considerations
- Your ideal schedule and frequency of care
- What you're looking for in a worker's personality and experience
- Your funding situation (FSCD, PDD, FMS, or private pay)
- Any questions or concerns you have about the process

We work to place the same worker with your family whenever possible, so care feels familiar and comfortable. If a worker is unavailable or the match isn't quite right, we will rematch you at no cost. Your peace of mind is non-negotiable.
